Job Description

TSR -Technical Support Representative

Educational Qualification:

HSC (12th Standard) with minimum of 18 months of experience and maximum 10 years of experience.

Graduate and above with more than 6 months of experience.

Mandatory Skills

Excellent communication skill is a must-have. An English language proficiency assessment (written and spoken) will be conducted through the Versant tool. A minimum B2 level as per the CEFR framework is required.

Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills

24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends

Work Location TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations

Good to have

Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage,

Service Desk

Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets

Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge

Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products

Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
