Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist at Octopos. The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction daily. You will answer customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. You will be working during US business hours Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity to work from home or anywhere with an outstanding work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Flawless English writing and speaking
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • At least 2 year of experience in supporting users/prospects/customers with their needs within a SaaS company.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
