Job Description

Only NAVI MUMBAI OR NEAR TO NAVI MUMBAI APLLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Deliver Level 2 Technical Support for Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Peripherals, and Endpoint devices across the organization
  • Own and resolve Service Desk escalations within defined SLAs, minimizing dependency on L3 teams
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues
  • Provide reliable onsite and remote support, ensuring minimal business disruption
  • Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 systems in enterprise environments
  • Execute OS builds, upgrades, patching cycles, and routine system maintenance
  • Administer Google Workspace (G Suite) including Chromebook enrollment, policy enforcement, user/device management, and application deployment via Admin Console
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Intune, JAMF and Mosyle
  • Manage printer deployments using Papercut and Printer Logic
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure AD users, devices, groups, and access permissions
  • Support MFA, VPN, and secure remote access services
  • Prepare, image, deploy, refresh, and replace end‑user devices
  • Perform break/fix diagnostics and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors
  • Maintain accurate asset tagging, inventory, and software licensing records
  • Ensure complete incident documentation, adherence to SOPs, and process compliance
  • Collaborate closely with L3 Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Network teams on escalations and projects

Must‑Have Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
  • Proven working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, Jamf, and Group Policy
  • Solid experience with Active Directory / Azure AD user and device management
  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite – Mandatory)
  • Printer deployment and management using Papercut and PrinterLogic
  • Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN
  • Endpoint security controls including antivirus, encryption, patching, and device compliance
  • File permissions, drive mappings, and access control management
  • Basic understanding of backup tools and backup types
  • Exposure to VoIP and CCTV systems at a support level

  • The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications: A+, N+, CCENT, Microsoft, CCNA Certifications preferred
  • Minimum 4+yearsof outstanding customerservice experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
