Purpose
The IT Networking & Cloud Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and managing the enterprise network across corporate offices, Cloud Locations, manufacturing plants, R&D centers, and remote sites or users. This role ensures high availability, and optimal performance of all network systems critical to business operations and ensure the GMP/CSV- validated environments.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, Internet access and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across all locations.
Ensure cloud resources uptime, network uptime, performance monitoring, and capacity planning across all locations.
Lead Cloud infra and network rollout projects in new plants, expansions, DR sites, and office locations.
Implement and maintain network security controls: firewalls, NAC, IPS/IDS, content filtering, and URL filtering.
Vendor management and SLA monitoring with ISPs and OEM partners.
Ensure cloud environments adhere to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and CSV requirements.
Conduct periodic cloud and Network security assessments and ensure mitigation actions are implemented in timely manner.
Monitor cloud spending and licensing, optimize cost usage, and implement budget controls for Cloud as well as network infra.
Define and maintain Cloud Infra and network SOPs, diagrams, and asset inventory.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Graduate / Postgraduate in any firm
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Cloud infra and Network infra management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
Hands-on experience in managing Cloud infra preferably AWS cloud.
Good understanding of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
Good understanding of multi-location infrastructure setup.
Good understanding of hybrid infrastructure (Cloud + On-Prem) setup
Additional Notes
Must be flexible and willing to work as per work in different geographical locations.
Expected to visit all locations in India and overseas as per work requirement.
