We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-12 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
