Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
