This is a remote internship role for a Technical Support Specialist. The responsibilities include providing technical assistance to clients, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and resolving technical queries efficiently. Interns will collaborate closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless service and client issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
