Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with sales teams to identify customer requirements, implement CRM strategies, analyze customer data, and develop actionable plans to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will play an essential role in project management to improve customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise and understanding of customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management to plan, execute, and manage multiple customer-related initiatives efficiently.
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights for business decisions.
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
