Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Good understanding IT Network, Switches and Topology.
  • Ability to learn about specific product and processes.
  • Research product samples to fully understand product.
  • Respond to customers queries in a timely and accurate way to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific application and system features.
  • Solving troubleshoots problems with customer and Software/Hardware related.
  • Understating of LAN and Network, WIFI and routers.
  • Installation of Application on remote computers, and server.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience into Hardware and networking or similar role and experience in Arcade or gaming industry is a plus.
  • BSC or BCA in Information Technology or relevant diploma in hardware and networking.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good experience with Microsoft Windows operating system.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS- Excel is a plus.
