Your Role And Responsibilities

  • 1-3 yrs of relevant experience in PIM/PAM and good to have knowledge on any Access management product (Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity etc.)
  • Troubleshooting L1 level issues w.r.t SSO (access management) and PAM such as User authentication, Password rotation, Mapping servers and privileged ID to users, Authorisation, SSO, audit logs, MFA, RBAC etc.
  • Knowledge on application protocols (SAML, SWA, OpenID/OAuth) SSO
  • Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/VBScript/Powershell etc.)
  • Performing daily health checks of all IAM products that are operational.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled and on demand out of box reporting.
  • Troubleshooting issues that are assigned via incident/Service requests.
  • Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.
  • Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Hands on Exp in any IAM products-Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity
  • Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.
  • Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Good to have knowledge on any of the access management products like Okta, ping etc.
