Your Role And Responsibilities
- 1-3 yrs of relevant experience in PIM/PAM and good to have knowledge on any Access management product (Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity etc.)
- Troubleshooting L1 level issues w.r.t SSO (access management) and PAM such as User authentication, Password rotation, Mapping servers and privileged ID to users, Authorisation, SSO, audit logs, MFA, RBAC etc.
- Knowledge on application protocols (SAML, SWA, OpenID/OAuth) SSO
- Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/VBScript/Powershell etc.)
- Performing daily health checks of all IAM products that are operational.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled and on demand out of box reporting.
- Troubleshooting issues that are assigned via incident/Service requests.
- Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.
- Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.
