Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Licensing and Packages:

  • Provide guidance and support on various Microsoft 365 licensing plans and packages (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business, Enterprise, Education).
  • Help customers understand the different licensing options, benefits, and limitations based on their business needs.
  • Assist in the correct application of licenses during the migration process.

Migration to Microsoft 365:

  • Assist in the migration of email, files, and applications from various platforms (e.g., G Suite, on-premise Exchange, other third-party services) to Microsoft 365.
  • Support customers in setting up their Microsoft 365 tenant and ensuring smooth data transfer while minimizing downtime.

Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other associated services.
  • Troubleshoot common issues during and after the migration process, including login issues, data transfer errors, and service disruptions.

Training and Documentation:

  • Provide training and user guides for clients on Microsoft 365 products, ensuring they are effectively using the features available to them.
  • Document common issues and solutions for internal knowledge bases and customer reference.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 support, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models (e.g., Business, Enterprise, and Education).
  • Experience migrating email, data, and services from third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Exchange Server, etc.) to Microsoft 365.

Licensing Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 licenses and packages, including understanding licensing models, user licenses, add-ons, and feature sets.
  • Ability to assist clients with licensing audits, recommendations, and optimal configurations based on their needs.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for basic Microsoft 365 tasks (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as the Admin Center, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
