Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues using remote tools

  • Log issues accurately, escalate unresolved problems, and track resolution progress
  • Maintain client satisfaction with timely support and follow-ups

Key Deliverables:

  • Maintain detailed documentation and technical manuals for recurring issues
  • Deliver quality support across desktop, OS, and network platforms
