Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in VMware administration, Linux administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
  • BE, Msc, or MCA degree.
  • Mandatory skills include good communication skills, VMware admin/Linux admin, and experience in troubleshooting and virtualization.
