We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in India. This role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in technical support and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring software applications.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and software installations.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus.
