We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Technical Support in Bangalore. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Educate customers about product features and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
