We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Technical Support in Bangalore. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
• Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Educate customers about product features and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
