Minimum 4 years overall IT experience with 3 - 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Directory services
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to share knowledge with team members
Must have a technology mind - set with aptitude to work on complex issues
Experience in Group Policies, troubleshooting, and implementation
Experience: You'll need at least 4 years of overall IT experience, with 3-4 years specifically focused on Microsoft Directory Services.
Core Skills: This role requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), including its database, certificates, replication, and disaster recovery solutions. You should also be an expert in DNS and DHCP.
File Services: You'll manage and troubleshoot DFSR, DFS, and file/folder permissions, as well as implement folder redirection.
Troubleshooting: You'll be responsible for troubleshooting various issues, including account lockouts and Active Directory replication. A strong understanding of AD security events is a plus.
Collaboration & Communication: This position demands excellent written and oral communication skills, as you'll be expected to share knowledge with your team and handle client-facing situations.
Additional Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting knowledge of networking, Exchange, and Office 365 is required. Experience with scripting and ADFS is a significant advantage.
