Key Responsibilities
Provide on-field technical support for installation, service, and repair of Hobs & Chimneys.
Create service and repair training videos for internal teams and vendors.
Conduct technical training sessions for new vendors and service partners.
Deliver SCRM (Service Customer Relationship Management) training to team members.
Raise and manage spare part requests as per service requirements.
Monitor and control spare parts consumption to ensure efficient inventory management.
Support the service team in resolving escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
24 years of experience in field service (home appliances preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of Hobs & Chimneys.
Good communication and training delivery skills.
Knowledge of spare management and service processes.
Ability to work independently and manage vendor relationships.
