Role: Technical Support Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide exceptional technical assistance and end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems across various desktop operating systems.
- Manage and administer Active Directory and Office 365 User Accounts.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and OneDrive.
- Handle customer interactions effectively, including through international voice support.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in end-user support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems.
- Technical knowledge in resolving end-user issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite and related tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts within a 24-hour operation.
