Role - Technical Support Executive
Minimum Experience- 1 Year
Location - Rohini, Delhi
Objective:
Capable of providing technical support to overseas clients via live chat and inbound calls for Web Hosting.
Key Requirements:
- The successful applicant will need to have.
- Should have experience in Technical Customer Support dealing with International Customers over Phone, Email/Live Chat.
- Should be very proficient with computers and have a fair understanding of technology.
- Must be Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Methodical and thorough approach to work.
- Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing.
- Must be comfortable with Rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of c Panel/WHM will be a plus.
