We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware products.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage and features.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role or related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
