Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Technical Support Executive will interact with clients to provide technical support, troubleshoot software issues, assist in resolving system errors, and offer guidance on software features. Additional responsibilities include documenting technical cases, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and maintaining high-level client satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth software operations and providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their functionalities
  • Strong communication skills for customer interaction and presenting solutions effectively
  • Experience in client support and documentation of technical cases
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with the jewelry industry or similar business processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
