We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware products.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve product performance.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and support documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
