Position: Technical Support Executive (International Voice/Service Desk)
Location: Pune, Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Executive with International Support experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical assistance to global customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.(only international exp is required )
Responsibilities
- Provide international technical support to global customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Handle Service Desk operations, including incident, problem, and request management.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Log, track, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow in accordance with SLAs.
- Perform system access provisioning, password resets, mailbox configuration, and profile setup.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of mandatory International Technical Support experience (Voice/Service Desk).
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Service Desk environments.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Windows OS (Linux/macOS knowledge is an advantage).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong customer handling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
