About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting customers with product usage, and ensuring seamless performance of software solutions. This role is best suited for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Document Management Software applications
- Log, track, and manage customer issues using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to resolve complex issues
- Assist in system/application installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication with customers
- Escalate unresolved issues to OEM/vendor with proper documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field (B.Sc or equivalent)
- 2-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, databases (SQL/MySQL), and networking concepts
- Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
