Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Provide troubleshooting for software on Windows and/or Mac systems.
  • Resolve technical issues for enterprise software solutions.

Networking & Database:

  • Assist with basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Support database queries using SQL.

Implementation & Support:

  • Assist in software implementation or configuration as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle queries professionally via email, chat, or phone.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication for international clients.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and escalations.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders.
