2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
Working Days: Mon. To Sat.
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level
technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will resolve basic
technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior teams when necessary. TRAVEL within Mumbai for on-site support to clients
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Assistance:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
Address common software and network issues.
2. Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve basic hardware and software concerns.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or senior technical teams.
3. Installation & Setup:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of IT devices and
peripherals.
4. Task Management:
Document user issues, solutions provided, and escalate tickets as needed.
Maintain timely updates on task progress.
5. Customer Interaction:
Deliver professional support to end-users.
Ensure excellent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of basic troubleshooting for hardware and software.
Familiarity with network basics (preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
