This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, responding to customer support requests, and ensuring optimal system performance. The candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that technical problems are resolved promptly and that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify root causes and provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems or customer feedback tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
