Roles And Responsibilities

  • Configure operating systems and assist end-users in troubleshooting
  • issues with remote systems
  • Research, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely
  • manner
  • Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues to the concerned
  • parties
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the end-users

Skills Required For The Role

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or
  • equivalent experience)
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer
  • Good understanding of Python programming language
  • Basic programming skills would be required
  • Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn
  • Experience in dealing with end-users to resolve issues
