Roles And Responsibilities
- Configure operating systems and assist end-users in troubleshooting
- issues with remote systems
- Research, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely
- manner
- Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues to the concerned
- parties
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the end-users
Skills Required For The Role
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or
- equivalent experience)
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer
- Good understanding of Python programming language
- Basic programming skills would be required
- Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn
- Experience in dealing with end-users to resolve issues
