Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, effective, and empathetic technical support to customers using YugabyteDB
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to distributed databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and application integrations
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Documentation teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation while following established support processes
- Contribute to knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service and support efficiency
- Continuously learn new technologies and expand understanding of Yugabyte's ecosystem
- Participate in a global on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when required
- Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with global teams
Experience Required:
- 3-7 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scripting
- Exposure to distributed systems or database technologies is highly desirable
Education:Any Graduation
