Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, effective, and empathetic technical support to customers using YugabyteDB
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to distributed databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and application integrations
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Documentation teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation while following established support processes
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service and support efficiency
  • Continuously learn new technologies and expand understanding of Yugabyte's ecosystem
  • Participate in a global on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when required
  • Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with global teams

Experience Required:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scripting
  • Exposure to distributed systems or database technologies is highly desirable

Education:Any Graduation
