Role Overview

We are in pursuit of a Technical Support Engineer for RouteMax product in our Bengaluru office. RouteMax is a real time system for end to end pickup and delivery optimization for trucking companies. You will be responsible for the L1/ L2 application support working in US time zone. You will be expected to troubleshoot production issues and respond to incidents within the defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate externally and internally to drive the issues resolution in timely manner
• Conduct and publish RCA for all critical production issues
• Provide hands-on expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Coordinate and drive bridge calls with external and internal teams
• Demonstrate high level of ownership while handling production issues
• Troubleshoot issues, verify in lab environment, and update with the results.
• Communicate internally with developers, QA, and managers
• Update issues in a timely manner, leverage collaboration tools like email, web chat and customer helpdesk tools to keep all stakeholders aligned

Requirements

• B.Tech/ B.S in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, able to use English to communicate with worldwide peers.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, APM Tools (Azure Application Insights, App Dynamics, etc.)
• Previous background in handling 24/7 availability applications is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node JS/ .Net is a plus
