We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate

will possess technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the

Capacity to work on a range of complex issues related to API and UI. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs and UI for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to set new customers up for success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Document issues and troubleshooting steps clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication while interacting with customers.
  • Interface directly with customers to gather detailed information on technical issues and provide regular updates.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and API and related troubleshooting.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve client problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, if required.
  • Customer service experience, especially in a technical support role in CPaaS
  • Expertise in the SMS and WhatsApp
  • Should be holding a degree
