Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Engineer with hands-on experience in dispensing / dispenser equipment to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. The role involves working closely with the senior technical team and providing on-site technical support to ensure smooth equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and testing of dispensing machines / dispensers

Handling and operation of dispensing equipment at plant and customer sites

Perform basic preventive and breakdown maintenance

Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

Support senior technical engineers in daily technical operations

Prepare service reports, job cards, and basic technical documentation

Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs

Provide technical support during site visits when required

Find new customers and maintain existing clients

Customer calling, visiting, or demonstration.

Contribute to business development.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Understanding of motors, pumps, sensors, and control panels

Ability to use basic tools and perform troubleshooting

Willingness to travel to customer sites

Strong problem-solving skills and learning mindset

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in industrial machinery, dispensing equipment, or automation systems

Exposure to installation or service engineering roles

Good communication and teamwork skills
