KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Understanding of network-related disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure SLA adherence.
- Strong knowledge of protocols and products like GPON, MPLS, SDAN, and Wi-Fi 5/6.
- Proficiency in remote diagnostics and on-site support.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with software configuration, fault management, and functional testing.
- Ability to perform installations in a lab setting and assist with technical documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, Linux, or programming languages (Java, Python), and familiarity with Nokia products (Lightspan, Altiplano, ISAM).

- Perform tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Analyze information and propose solutions to resolve straightforward issues.
- Assist experts in debugging, system-level tracing, and protocol flow analysis.
- Support in identifying, reproducing, and characterizing defects.
- Communicate with customers for moderate to complex cases, providing support.
- Ensure escalated cases are handled within SLAs.
- Assist in software configuration, fault management, and functional testing.
- Aid senior experts in creating technical documents and guidelines.
