We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing technical support and will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Document and track customer interactions and solutions provided in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
