Job Description –

Role Title:

Location: Chennai/Ghandhi Nagar

Date of Interview- 27 June 2026(Saturday)

Mode of Interview- Microsoft Teams

Total Exp- 3 To 7Yrs

Job Requirements*

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in API Management, Cloud Support, or Technical Support roles
  • Strong expertise in Google Apigee (Edge Cloud and OPDK)
  • Experience troubleshooting API Gateway, proxy, and runtime issues
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix or Windows system administration
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, load balancing
  • Hands-on experience with HTTP, REST APIs, web technologies
  • Knowledge of IAM, access control, and GCP security practices
  • Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and debugging
  • Minimum CEFR B2 communication proficiency

Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide Tier2 technical support for Google Apigee customers
  • Troubleshoot complex API, runtime, and gateway‑related issues
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide corrective actions
  • Support customers with Apigee Edge, OPDK, and hybrid deployments
  • Analyze logs, traffic flows, and policy executions
  • Collaborate with product engineering and cloud teams for escalations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and case notes
  • Provide high‑quality customer communication during incidents
  • Support 24x7 operations under rotational shifts

  • Automation experience using Python or Shell scripting
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Red Hat Certified Engineer
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
