Job Description

  • Graduate with 3+ years of Product Technical support experience
  • Preferred Background - B.SC. IT, BE, BCA, MR, MSC IT, etc.
  • Server administration certification - RHEL
  • Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle Linux is must.
  • Understanding of Java/PHP/C would be added advantage.
  • Understanding related to Fintech Domain

Technical Expertise

  • Experience of Windows Server Administration, Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Working hands on experience on Linux.
  • Working hands on experience on Database its troubleshooting
  • Experience in scripting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
  • Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills, System performance tuning.
  • Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
  • Maintain and update network diagrams and Service provider information.
  • Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Good document and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
  • Additional experience in Fintech domain is an added advantage.

  • Exhibit a high level of individual initiative / effectively lead a team Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and increase client relationships.
  • Build s a knowledge base of each client s business, organization, and objectives.
  • Manages day to day client interaction, communicate effectively with clients to identify
  • needs.
  • Create, or participate in the creation of Support / Solution documentation or UAT testing for Customization deliverables.
  • Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved.
  • Ensure solution designed meet s internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.
  • If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders.
  • Good communication skills Self-confidence are must. Preferred fluency in English.
  • Ability to take direction from all levels Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed
  • Provide technical leadership for team through design and code reviews, ensuring best
  • technical practices are applied
