Responsibilities and Impact:
- Bridge business needs and technical implementation, ensuring alignment between product vision and development execution.
- Define project scopes and guide the development team in creating cutting-edge solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to deliver high-quality software products that align with business objectives.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clarity for the development team, which enhances efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with the Product Lead to prioritize new features and align on product vision, directly influencing the product roadmap.
- Break down and refine specifications with development teams and business analysts, facilitating effective communication and project execution.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure that all requirements are traceable and aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to system design, analysing existing systems for improvement and defining requirements for data structures and mathematical models.
- Provide test scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring that releases meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Support operational teams in customer onboarding and troubleshooting, playing a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and product usability.
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years experience working as a product owner or Business Analyst or in quality assurance within a software development environment.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools like JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript), SQL and experience with AWS cloud-based technologies and services.
