Our solutions are optimized to reduce inefficiencies and ensure that patient interventions are made at the right time, for the right reasons.

We're looking for a Technical Support & Backend Engineer who wants to grow into a core engineering role while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal technical support across systems and tools.
• Backend development exposure in Java/Python.
• Support API development and internal tools.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.
• AWS infrastructure basics and system reliability.
• Supporting compliance and security practices (including HIPAA).
• Collaborate with engineering teams on ongoing product enhancements.

We are looking for candidates with

• Basic knowledge of AWS services; Java and/or Python
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative attitude with a growth mindset.
