We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and providing exceptional support to our clients. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
Document and track customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex issues.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and FAQs.
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Experience with troubleshooting network issues and connectivity problems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of customer support best practices and tools.
