Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
