Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to help customers resolve their technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support system.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++) is a plus.
