We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware
Document and track customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs for internal use and customer reference

Skills and Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of common software applications and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
