We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will possess technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the
Capacity to work on a range of complex issues related to API and UI. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs and UI for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to set new customers up for success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
Document issues and troubleshooting steps clearly and effectively.
Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication while interacting with customers.
Interface directly with customers to gather detailed information on technical issues and provide regular updates.
Requirements and qualifications
Knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and API and related troubleshooting.
Technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve client problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, if required.
Customer service experience, especially in a technical support role in CPaaS
Expertise in the SMS and WhatsApp
