Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supporting global customers via email, phone, and webcasts
Guiding customers, partners, and Sales Engineers in product installation, operations, and troubleshooting
Maintaining and updating the AlgoSec knowledge base
Introducing support methodologies and tools
Working closely with global support teams, R&D, and product management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a software company
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
Knowledge of firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
Experience in supporting network security software products
Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours as needed

Advantages:

Experience in SRE/DevOps
Knowledge of Linux scripting languages (PERL, shell)
