Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactiveTechnical Support Engineerto join our growing team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and securing the network infrastructure that drives our radiology and healthcare IT systems. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports life-critical medical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and managesecure, scalable, and reliable network infrastructurefor healthcare environments
- Configure and maintain network hardware includingrouters, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance proactively and execute upgrades to ensure optimal uptime and speed
- Implement and maintainnetwork security measuresincluding firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams forstreamlined CI/CD pipelinesand network performance optimization
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and training to internal teams on network best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensivedocumentationof network configurations, SOPs, and incident reports
- ManageNOC operationsand respond to network alerts and incidents within defined SLAs
Required Skills
- Proficient inDevOps methodologiesand associated tooling
- Strongserver administrationexperience in Linux and Windows Server environments
- Hands-on experience withnetwork protocols BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, MPLS
- Working knowledge ofVPN technologies(IPSec, SSL VPN, SD-WAN)
- Experience withnetwork security tools firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, SIEM
- Familiarity withcloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to performroot cause analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Graduate degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification required:CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate),CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Additional certifications preferred: CCNP, AWS Certified Networking, Azure Network Engineer
