Job Description:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Respond to technical issues and support requests within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously to ensure timely resolution.
  • Test, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve system efficiency.
