We are looking for Technical Support Engineer to support customers integrating with our SMS API, WhatsApp API, Verification API, and SMPP platform.
Key Responsibilities- Handle technical issues related to APIs, SMS delivery, WhatsApp API & SMPP.
- Analyze logs, delivery reports, and troubleshoot routing issues.
- Assist customers with onboarding, API keys, webhooks, and integration steps.
- Monitor platform alerts and escalate issues to engineering/NOC.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely SLA-based ticket resolution.
Requirements
- 13 years in technical/application support.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, Linux basics.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SMPP, telecom routing, DLRs is an advantage.
