Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. In this position, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to the field clients, ensuring the seamless operation of telecom products and resolving technical issues promptly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences, assist with product deployment, and provide technical insights as needed.
