Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. In this position, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to the field clients, ensuring the seamless operation of telecom products and resolving technical issues promptly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences, assist with product deployment, and provide technical insights as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues effectively
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional experiences and maintain client satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to diagnose technical challenges and deliver practical solutions
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers
  • Familiarity with telecom products and systems is an advantage
  • Experience with on-site technical services is preferred
