Provide L1 technical support for AV systems, including projectors, displays, video conferencing tools, microphones, speakers, and control systems
Set up and support meeting rooms, conference calls, webinars, and live events
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to AV equipment
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for escalated AV issues
Perform routine checks, testing, and preventive maintenance of AV systems
Ensure proper cabling, power connections, and equipment placement
Assist users with AV tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.
Maintain inventory and documentation of AV equipment and issues
Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards
Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems and components
Knowledge of video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools
Familiarity with microphones, mixers, speakers, cameras, and displays
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, HDMI, VGA, USB, IP-based AV)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer support skills
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Networking, or related field
Relevant AV or IT support certifications are a plus
