About the Role:
We are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support organization at Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Cloud Operations, to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Agentic platform.
- Core Working Hours: EMEA (1pm - 10pm IST)
- Work Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Automation Anywhere products, including RPA and Agentic Platform.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and configuration issues across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Analyze logs, scripts, and automation workflows to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Handle customer cases through ticketing systems, live chat, and remote sessions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication and ownership of each issue.
- Document known issues, workarounds, and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Participate in weekend or rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in technical support, application support, or software troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Basic understanding of APIs, networking, and cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
